Union City Library
I worked with the Union City Library to create a workshop on "Security on The Internet". Our goal was to educate, and close the digital literacy gap amongst kids and seniors. Over the eight weeks of the course, I worked closely with the library staff on designing a curriculum that met the criteria. We created flyers and business cards for people to take home and help the librarians. We also created a digital class using Google's Course Builder, which is an open source educational platform hosted in google cloud. Finally, we created an hour and a half presentation for people who wanted to attend in which we broke down some of the most important topics regarding online safety.
